The 2024 season was one for the books, as the Radio City Rockettes brought joy, excitement, and festive magic to millions. From dancing in the rain at the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade to lighting up the stage at the annual Tree Lighting Ceremony, the Rockettes created unforgettable memories that captured the spirit of the holiday season. 

The Rockettes spread cheer both on and off the stage. One of the season’s standout moments was their trip downtown, where they brought their trademark precision and high-energy choreography to Madison Square Garden. The Rockettes wowed Knicks fans with a performance on the court and left the entire arena in awe not just once, but twice.  

Even when conditions weren’t ideal, the Rockettes continued to shine. Their performance at the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade—an annual favorite—was a highlight of the holiday season, as they brought their signature energy to the streets of New York. The Rockettes reminded us all that the true spirit of the season is about embracing the moment and celebrating together, no matter the challenges. 

The excitement didn’t stop there. The Rockettes’ star-studded collaborations this season were another highlight. They joined forces with celebrities like singer and actress Jennifer Hudson, Olympic gymnast Jordan Chiles, reality and Broadway star Ariana Madix, violinist Lindsey Stirling, Academy Award-nominated actress Chloë Sevigny, and late-night talk show host Jimmy Fallon. The Rockettes even capped off their season of spectacular collaborations with the legendary pop-sensation boyband, the Backstreet Boys!  

The Rockettes lit up a Times Square billboard, spreading their signature holiday sparkle to millions of visitors and passersby. As one of the world’s busiest centers, Times Square served as the perfect backdrop for the Rockettes’ presence, making their mark on the heart of the city—and beyond. 

As the 2024 season came to a close, the Rockettes once again proved why they are the stars of the holiday season. Their performances have set the stage for even greater milestones ahead. With their 100th anniversary on the horizon in 2025, the Rockettes are ready to continue their unparalleled legacy of bringing joy, precision, and festive spirit to generations to come.
