ALTERNATIVE FORMAT PERFORMANCES
The sensory-friendly performance, in collaboration with TDF as part of their Autism-Friendly Performances Program, features a range of adjustments, including softer stage lighting and audio, and additional house lighting. Radio City Music Hall’s Grand Lounge becomes a sensory-safe space equipped with soft seating areas and fidget toys designed to provide guests an opportunity to reorient themselves. TDF and Radio City Music Hall have dedicated staff trained in sensory needs onsite at the performance to ensure all guests feel supported throughout the event.

ARRIVING AT RADIO CITY
The Box Office Lobby at Radio City Music Hall located on Sixth Avenue between 50th and 51st Streets is an accessible entrance.
Access-A-Ride drop-off and pick-up locations are in front of the Box Office Lobby on 6th Avenue between 50th and 51st Streets.
For scheduling Access-A-Ride post-event, The Christmas Spectacular Starring the Radio City Rockettes is 90 minutes with no intermission. Please contact the Accessibility Services Department for more information.
If you or someone in your party have a medical condition or specific needs that require bringing in outside food or beverage, please contact the Accessibility Services Department [email protected] prior to your event.
Service animals are permitted inside Radio City Music Hall. If you or a member of your party are bringing a service animal, please contact the Accessibility Services Department accessibilityservices@msg.com prior to your event. Seating locations that provide a dedicated space for service animals are available throughout the venue.
ONSITE EXPERIENCE
Radio City is equipped with elevators on the 51st Street side of the Grand Foyer. These elevators will take you up to the First, Second and Third Mezzanines and down to the Grand Lounge. Please see an usher, guest experience representative or security guard for assistance.
Accessible restrooms are located throughout the venue. Please see an usher or guest experience representative for direction to the nearest location.
Patrons with mobility limitations who do not have access to a wheelchair may request a wheelchair transport to their seat, free of charge. Please be aware that our personnel will not remain with you during the event, nor will you be able to remain in the wheelchair for the duration of the event. Please alert staff if you will need assistance.
Storage is available for wheelchairs, canes, walkers and other mobility devices. If you need assistance during the event, please alert an usher or guest experience representative. Upon completion of the event, a staff member will return your mobility device to you at your seat.
Radio City Music Hall offers seating with movable armrests and larger chairs without armrests. Please contact the Accessibility Services Department at least 48 hours in advance of the event if you require this type of accommodation.

Many acts include these elements in their shows. The Christmas Spectacular features immersive elements including confetti, pyrotechnics, smoke effects, flashing lights and fairy-drones. Please contact the Accessibility Services Department for more information.
Radio City Music Hall has partnered with KultureCity to improve our ability to assist and accommodate guests with sensory needs. Sensory bags, containing special KCVIP badges, fidget tools, noise canceling headphones and other resources, are available for rent at no cost by leaving an ID at our Guest Services Desk in the Grand Foyer.
Audiences at every performance of the Christmas Spectacular can access closed captioning on their personal devices via VITAC. Please visit the Guest Services Desk in the Grand Foyer for instructions on how to use VITAC at your show.
Assistive Listening Devices (ALD), which operate on the FM system, are complimentary and available for guests who are deaf or hard of hearing. Please see a guest experience representative upon arrival to arrange for an ALD. Collateral, such as a driver’s license or credit card, is required to borrow an ALD and will be exchanged at the end of the event.
The ATM and Reverse ATM are equipped with braille number pads, volume increase capability and voice activation, and are compatible with headphones.
