Community Partner Performances offer local youth dance organizations and the opportunity to perform on stage at Radio City as the opening act of the Christmas Spectacular. This program additionally ensures a meaningful connection between local youth dance organizations and the Radio City Rockettes through mentorship and workshops. 

Through this partnership, young dancers gain access to the Rockettes and build an inclusive talent pipeline, so that people from all backgrounds see themselves represented on the Great Stage. Since the Community Partner Performances program began in 2022, more than 100 students from Harlem School of the Arts, New York City Public Schools and MOVE |NYC| have participated.
